Artist Store Terms and Conditions

acousticfriends.com, as a service to you, as an artist, wants to provide a venue for you to expose your music to a larger niche audience. Your albums will be available for sale to the general public in addition to members of acousticfriends.com. In order to post your albums for sale on the website, you need to read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.        

  • Artist will email album Image in .jpg or .gif format to feedback@acousticfriends.com

  • Artist will provide acousticfriends.com the selling price of their album including Shipping and Taxes.
     
  • Artist will provide up to three mp3 files of selected cuts from CD and send to feedback@acousticfriends.com

  • Artist is responsible for paying Shipping and Taxes for all albums sold on the acousticfriends.com Artist Store.

  • acousticfriends.com will not charge buyer for Shipping and Taxes. These costs should be included in Artist's sale price of album.

  • There is a one time set up fee of $25 for the first album and $10 after that for each additional album. We will maintain and keep current, all information you provide acousticfriends.

  • acousticfriends.com will handle the sales transaction for the Artist

  • acousticfriends.com will notify member when their album is sold

  • acousticfriends.com will keep a $3 transaction fee for every Artist’s album sold in the Artist Store

  • acousticfriends.com will forward album payment, less $3, to Artist via PayPal or Check.

  • Artist is responsible for shipping album to buyer.

  • acousticfriends.com will provide Artist with shipping address of buyer. 

  • Artist is responsible for all refunds to the buyer.  
         
  • Once payment is made to artist from acousticfriends.com after album is sold, Artist is responsible for all ensuing transactions with the Buyer.

  • acousticfriends.com has no right to Artist's music.    

  • The Artist Store is simply a feature available to all registered members of acousticfriends.com and non-member artists to expose their music to a larger audience. 

  • Artists are responsible to let acousticfriends.com know immediately if their albums are no longer available for sale.
        
  • Artists can request that their albums be removed from the Artist Store at anytime at no cost to the Artist. 

  • acousticfriends.com can remove an album from the Artist Store at anytime for non-performance of the Artist.
